Richard has been practicing in the area of civil litigation for more than 35 years with a focus in Employment Law and Personal Injury. He is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. To be “certified” as a civil trial attorney, one must have substantial trial experience and be recommended by judges and attorneys based on experience and expertise. Less than 5% of attorneys licensed in New Jersey carry this distinct qualification and have successfully completed the necessary testing and educational requirements.
Jennifer M. Carlson, Esquire
Associate Attorney
Jennifer is an associate with the firm and focuses her practice on employment litigation and workman's compensation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Carlson served as a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Attorney General's Office practicing employment litigation. Ms. Carlson was also a law clerk to Michael Winkelstein, former Judge of the Apellate Division. Ms. Carlson is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the District Court of New Jersey.
