He is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. To be “certified” as a civil trial attorney, one must have substantial trial experience and be recommended by judges and attorneys based on experience and expertise. Less than 5% of attorneys licensed in New Jersey carry this distinct qualification and have successfully completed the necessary testing and educational requirements.
Jennifer M. Carlson
Jennifer M. Carlson, Esquire is an associate with the firm and focuses her practice on employment litigation and workman’s compensation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Carlson served as a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office practicing employment litigation. Ms. Carlson was also a law clerk to Michael Winkelstein, former Judge of the Apellate Division. Ms. Carlson is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the District Court of New Jersey.

Robert J. Malloy, Esquire is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law — Camden where he also completed the Tax Honors Program. He has worked with such firms as Archer & Greiner and Davis, Reberkenny & Abramowitz. Mr. Malloy established his own office in our Marlton location in 1996 and has now been successfully practicing there for over 15 years. Mr. Malloy concentrates on business law for small and family businesses, including forming new businesses and business bad debt collection, as well as real estate, estates and wills, and tax problem resolution.
